This
cartoon is based on my supposition that while Schwarzenegger will
use the White House to benefit his governorship and California,
the Bush administration will certainly expect big favors in return.
This is the way of politics and this situation creates ripe opportunities
for such favor-swapping, especially with an election looming on
the horizon.
