The irony of seeing Governor Schwarzenegger take up essentially the same plan allowing California to borrow its way out of fiscal disaster that left Gray Davis unemployed must have hit the former governor harder than anyone. My cartoon aims to capture this blatant irony and alert those who may have missed it the first time around (especially you ardent Arnold supporters out there).
