The stem cell and cloning debate is one that fascinates me, and even more so due to the ignorance of those who would condemn all cloning to the dustbins of scientific research and advancement. This cartoon attempts to point out the very detail that is all too often overlooked by those who rush to judgment on this issue - that cloning has the potential to cure without creating life. In our society, the term "cloning" automatically brings up the worst connotations - as is readily attested to by the "clones" featured in my cartoon.
