"Somebody Will Rebuild Iraq" It's a terrible tragedy that while the American government tries to put a good face on war and reconstruction efforts in Iraq, there are human beings who will suffer the consequences of our actions more readily and harshly than we can ever imagine. The underlying darkness of this society is one thing we failed to plan for. We played right into its hands and this cartoon is an attempt to drive that point home.
