"Tax Cut Looting" While the looting in Iraq took off at a swift and uncontrollable pace, I couldn't help but do a cartoon on what I felt was the simultaneous looting of our own society. The two issues cropping up together was a bonus because the visual of individuals looting created the strong impact I wanted for the Bush tax cut issue.
